As you can see…there is a whole lot of cakepops goin’ on!!!
These tasty treats are so popular for any type of gathering, whether it be a bbq, a baby shower, birthday party, wedding… you get the idea! They are a perfect hit of” birthday cake” rolled up into a sweet little package and are the perfect serving size!
We start by mixing our baked birthday cake with a little bit of buttercream icing (fudge icing for the chocolate cakepops), roll them into balls, place the stick in the balls and then dip them into chocolate. While they are wet we add sprinkles or if they are being drizzled with a different color of chocolate, we will let them dry first and then drizzle!
